Set and props.
Set consisted of scaffolding used for balcony scene, and then adapted for bed and tomb. Props, swords, wheelbarrow, gardening equipment, trays, goblets, cooking fare, party fare, paper products.
“throughout the second half of the play, Juliet's bed remains on stage as a reminder of their wedding night; the bed then becomes her deathbed and tomb. Its presence lends a haunting continuity to the action.”
